All our printed items use organic cotton that we now use for our handmade to order is knitted and printed in the UK using sustainably sourced organic cotton.

Care Guide

Wash inside out at 30 degrees
Air Dry - Do not tumble dry
Iron on low
Avoid bleach

Please note our organic fabric is not prewashed prior to sewing. This means there will be minimal shrinkage after the first wash, but the clothing will be true to size after the first wash.

If our care guide is not followed there may be some slight fading and extra shrinkage.

Preloved items are all instock and ready to be posted. Preloved items are dispatched within 48m hours (unless ordered with handmade to order items and will be posted when the handmade to order item is ready).

Postage

All items are posted Royal Mail Tracked 48, charged at £4.50 or free on orders over £50

If you have not received your order within 7 working days of recieving your disptach email, please get in touch and we can track your order and provide proof of delivery or update.

If you recieve a Royal Mail delivery note it is your responsibility to contact your local delivery office and collect your parcel. If a parcel is sent back to the BCR HQ because it’s not been collected then we will need another payment of postage, before we can resend, no refund will be issued. If you would not like the item to be posted again we will refund order minus cost of postage.

We are sorry but unfortunatly we cannot hold any responsibility for parcels that are not collected. A refund a new replacement items will be posted if the parcel is lost and adequate time has been given for delivery.

If you have requested your parcel to be ‘left at a safe space’ BCR can no longer insure the parcel. This is inline with Royal Mail policy that you then take responsibility from the safe space.

Here at BCR we provide the highest service possible, although sometimes mistakes can happen. If a mistakes is made please get in touch so we can ammend. If it is the fault of BCR we will cover postage for item to be returned to us before correct one is sent. Please do not return before contacting us.

When you return the item please ensure the box is be clearly labelled with order number and customer name. Return labels can be provided if you have a printer or Royal Mail collection can be arrange. Please ensure all returns are posted Tracked48 as we cannot hold any responsibility if the returned items get lost in the post.

As a very small business we don’t have the ability like big brands to cover loses over mistakes. This is why a proof of postage is needed so we can resolve issues smoothly. 

Please ensure the shipping address provided is correct, including house name/number and postcode. Unfortunately we can no longer cover the cost of any parcels sent with an incorrect address provided by the customer as we cannot claim as lost from Royal Mail. You can change and correct your address up to the day we send, if you have any questions please email and we will be happy to help.
