A Note from the Maker

Welcome to BCR, I'm Hannah, the passion and heart behind every item of clothing you see here. BCR was born from a dream, a hope for providing higher quality items that were beautiful, practical and functional. I believe that children's clothes should be fun, spark their imagination, exceptionally durable, and -most importantly- kind to their skin and our planet. 

Why Organic Matters

Here at BCR we don't just use any fabric, our clothing is created using high quality organic cotton that has been knitted in the UK using organic cotton. This means no nasty chemicals, no pesticides and a lower water footprint than standard cotton. Better for the farmers, better for the planet and the softest fabric for your little ones delicate skin. 

Proudly Supporting British Industry

In a world where fast fashion, we're actively choosing slow and considered. We are proud to say that our fabric is knitted in a British mill and printed by a UK family run printer. By keeping our production within the UK, we ensure fair working conditions and a significantly lower carbon footprint for every item of clothing we make. 

The BCR Promise: Made to Order

Every item is handcut and sewn to order in my Cornwall home. Having a made-to-order approach means I am able to over a fantastic collection of prints whilst also ensuring no fabric waste.
